Beginners:
As a beginner, our coaches will teach you how to develop a solid foundation for building and discovering versions of yourself enabling you to explore different characters through a series of exercises. These exercises also help you to build the imaginary world in which your character lives.
Intermediate:
For intermediate students, we keep developing by moving to the next level of the Meisner Technique to go deeper into your relationship and connections to characters and discover how they interact with others. This stage is all about exploring the inner life of your character and how they think and respond and building a connection with people, places, things and events.
Advanced:
For actors with a little more experience, we delve into the text to truly honour the writing. By examining the teachings of Sanford Meisner, we use his ethos to really bring your performance to life. It’s all about fully exploring the nuances of the dialogue and really understanding your character on not only a physical level but an emotional and spiritual level, too.
