Newcastle was Debra’s feature film debut, which tells the story of the tragedy that befalls one of three brothers while on an outback surfing outing with friends.
She also acted in Mad Max: Fury Road, the 2015 Australian post-apocalyptic action film co-written, co-produced, and directed by George Miller.
Debra plays a starring role in the 2012 sci-fi thriller, Vanguard. Directed by Eric Wadsworth, the film follows Wade, a quiet loner who seemingly leads an unremarkable life but is haunted by strange nightmares that cross over into his waking hours. Debra plays the role of Krystal.
She also appeared on 3 episodes of I Rock, as Abigail, which charts the path of struggling indie rock outfit Boy Crazy Stacey, the band trying to take over the world, one disaster at a time.
In addition to her roles in film and television, Debra has also appeared in three hit music videos and commercials for KFC, Mc Café, TAB, Gillette and 3Mobile.
The beauty was a national finalist of Miss Universe Australia as well as Miss World Australia in the year 2011.
