I acknowledge that I have read this enrolment form, including the Terms & Conditions and Schedules 1 and 2 and agree to fulfill my obligations outlined therein.

I acknowledge this Agreement, in accordance with Australian Law is enforced through electronic signature.

Through undertaking this electronic signature, I acknowledge that I formally and unconditionally enter into this legally binding document in a sound state of mind and with full acceptance of the proposed terms and conditions.

I agree/understand that:

• I understand that the course in which I enroll may require me to participate in online training
• I agree to comply with The Actors Pulse Privacy Policy
• I agree not to film or record any aspect of the classes / courses in which I participate
• I agree to comply with the Intellectual Property clauses as set out in this enrolment form
• I understand that if The Actors Pulse determines that I have not complied with its Terms & Conditions I may be excluded from classes or expelled
• I confirm that information I have provided on this enrolment form is accurate

Parental/Guardian Consent (Under 18 Years)

If enrolling student is under 18, a parent or guardian acknowledges that they have read this enrolment form and agrees:

• I authorise the enrolling student to participate in classes at The Actors Pulse Pty Ltd and will be liable for payment of all tuition fees
• I have explained to the student their obligations under the Terms & Conditions
• The student has acknowledged that he / she has understood
• The student has acknowledged that he / she will comply with the Terms & Conditions

Payment

1. Tuition fees are to be paid on or before the due date(s) as set out in Schedule 2.
2. The Actors Pulse reserves the right to charge a late payment fee as set out in Schedule 2.
3. The Actors Pulse reserves the right to: a) exclude you from a course/class; b) suspend you from all courses; c) place restrictions on future enrolments; d) take legal action to recover outstanding fees.
4. Deposits are non refundable.
5. All payments must be clearly identified using your Surname and Initials.
6. You are liable for payment for the whole term regardless of attendance.
7. Deposits are non transferable to another course.
8. Transfer requests must be made 2 weeks prior to commencement.
9. First-time students are not eligible to "Pay by Instalment".
10. Eligibility - Under 18s require written parental consent.
11. Acting teachers from other institutions must disclose their teaching history.
12. Actors must disclose where they have studied and their professional work.
13. Students warrant they are physically and mentally capable to participate.
14. The Actors Pulse will review and determine if enrolment will be accepted.
15. Acceptance - Applications must be submitted 2 weeks prior to commencement.
16. Notification within 10 days of submission.
17. If not accepted, fees will be refunded in full.
18. The Actors Pulse reserves the right to refuse entry into any classes.
19. Intellectual Property - All works produced remain with The Actors Pulse.
20. Student works within courses remain with The Actors Pulse.
21. The Actors Pulse may use images from classes for advertising and promotions.
22. Enrolled actors/teachers must not use materials for their own teaching purposes.
23. Students must not disclose teaching methods to competitors.
24. Privacy - Students must comply with The Actors Pulse Privacy Policy.
25. Students must not record classes in any format.
26. The Actors Pulse is not liable for third-party misuse of footage.
27. Scheduling - Courses may be delivered face-to-face or online.
28. Times may change with 5 days written notice.
29. The Actors Pulse may substitute course components.
30. The Actors Pulse may cancel courses; refunds within 45 days.
31. Public holidays are factored into pricing.
32. No additional classes for public holidays.
33. No make-up classes for Camera, Voice, Movement, or Teen classes.
34. No make-up classes for Intermediate/Advanced Meisner.
35. Beginner Meisner: additional class available if proper notice given, before end of term.
36. Intermediate Meisner: minimum 2 classes per week.
37. Midterm enrolment requires 9 consecutive weeks of tuition.
38. Voice & Movement: 4 terms per year, 8 weeks each.
39. Advanced students: minimum 2 Meisner + 1 screen class per week.
40. Attendance - Active participation required; submit work on time.
41. Comply with all Actors Pulse Policies and Rules.
42. Give notice of lateness/absence before class; failure may result in suspension.
43. Video submissions must be on time; late work (2+ business days) will not be assessed.
44. Assessments via verbal feedback, self tapes, and reports as required.
45. To discontinue: give 3 weeks written notice before end of current term.
46. The Actors Pulse may refuse entry or exclude students for non-compliance.
47. Excluded students: pro rata refund within 45 days.
48. Contact Details - Notify The Actors Pulse of any changes.
49. The Actors Pulse is not responsible for miscommunication from outdated details.
